Returns, Refunds & Meetup Cancellations

At Medusa’s Craft Garden, we want you to enjoy your order. If something isn’t right, please reach out so we can help.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, uncut, and complete, with all included pieces. Used stickers, altered papers, and incomplete bundles aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Contact us through our website’s Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the issue and packaging when possible.

We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If we require the affected item to be returned, we’ll cover return shipping. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions; a return may not be necessary.

Custom Orders

Custom-made and personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the agreed order.

Monthly Subscriptions

Eligible physical items received through a subscription follow the return rules above. Returning a shipment does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future renewals, use the subscription-management link provided with your order or contact us for help before your next charge.

Junk Journal Meetups

Cancel at least 48 hours before the event’s scheduled start time to receive a full ticket refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event and missed attendance are not eligible for a ticket refund. However, if you cannot attend, contact us to arrange shipment of the bundle included with your ticket instead. We’ll confirm the delivery details and any shipping charge with you before sending it.

If Medusa’s Craft Garden cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
